July 22, 2020 – Sebring, Florida – PR1/Mathiasen Motorsports secured their first win of the 2020 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season at the Cadillac GP of Sebring. The #52 PR1/Mathiasen Motorsports Oreca 07-Gibson LMP2 driven by Patrick Kelly and Spencer Pigot started in Pole Position after Kelly qualified over half a second faster than the other LMP2 entrants.

July 15, 2020 – Sebring, Florida – PR1/Mathiasen Motorsports has announced their second full-time driver Patrick Kelly for the 2020 IMSA WeatherTech Championship season just ahead of the Cadillac Grand Prix of Sebring. Spencer Pigot will co-pilot the #52 PR1/Mathiasen Motorsports Oreca 07-Gibson LMP2 with the Minnesota native. Due to travel restrictions, Pigot will be substituting in for PR1/Mathiasens’ full-time driver Simon Trummer.

January 28, 2020 – Daytona, Florida – PR1/Mathiasen finished first in round one of the IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup and second in the LMP2 class of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season opener at the 58th running of the Rolex 24 at Daytona. The #52 PR1/Mathiasen Motorsports Oreca 07-Gibson LMP2 started on pole position after setting the fastest lap time of 01:37.446 during qualifying.
